Defences is an alternative metal band from the UK, featuring Cherry Duesbury (vocals), William Young (keys, vocals), Calum Wilmot (guitar), and Kyle Parke (drums). Known for their powerful sound and emotionally driven lyrics, the band has released three full-length albums to date. Their latest record, Shadowlight, was released via Long Branch Records and marked a new chapter for the band. With millions of streams, tens of thousands of saves, and countless playlist placements, Defences has built a steadily growing fanbase.
